At Ethereal Edge Concepts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below:


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from Urban Weave and Styles (in-store or online).
  • The item is ready-to-wear (not custom-made or altered).
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Custom orders or tailored outfits
  • Accessories (e.g., earrings, hats, jewelry)
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Exchanges

If you received a size that doesn’t fit or a product that isn’t quite right, we can offer an exchange, subject to availability. You’ll need to:

  • Return the original item within 7 days
  • Cover any difference in price (if applicable)
  • Pay for delivery of the exchanged item

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via Call/WhatsApp or Email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our store address (return delivery cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective).
